How to prepare a school furniture quotation request
A simple checklist for product selection, quantities, customization and mixed-container orders.
Start with products and quantities
Send product photos or model numbers and the quantity needed for each item. If you have not selected models, describe the rooms you are furnishing and the age groups using them. Oxford supplies school furniture for ages 3–18, including classroom, kindergarten and laboratory furniture.
Confirm sizes, colors and packaging
List any required dimensions and colors. Customization depends on order quantity, so ask for confirmation for each model. School desks start at 20 sets; minimum quantities for other products vary. Tell us if you need additional protective film or wooden crates so packaging can be included in the proposal.
Plan the shipment together
Different products can be combined in one container. Share the destination country and your required delivery date when discussing shipment arrangements. Ask us to confirm production time for your final specifications and quantities; production time and transport time are separate. Installation drawings or videos can be provided.
